Jessica, I think this song is great! I agree with what the writer says! If you choose to go to another country, you learn THEIR language. Just because we are the United States, that doesn't change the logic. (Although I know we are not always logical!)
ReplyDeleteWhat becomes even MORE maddening is how the government will not legally declare English as the official language of the U.S.
As Michael Savage always says: LANGUAGE, BORDERS, and CULTURE! That's what it's all about. We have ours, and they have theirs. If they want theirs, stay there! If not, learn ours, be respectful of us, and COME ON IN! (Legally, of course.)
